Continuous generational change at ADB

ADB Altorfer Duss & Beilstein AG is your partner in national and international tax law as well as in bordering fields of law. We are pleased to inform you about the following development at the beginning of the year: As part of the ongoing generational change, Dr. Urs Zeltner has decided to move to the status of Counsel. After 34 years with our company, including around 14 years as a partner, Urs Zeltner is handing over responsibility for the legal department to his successors Dr. Eric Olivier Meier and Dr. Larissa Marolda.

Dr. Eric Olivier Meier (1981) has been working as a corporate lawyer for around 14 years. He studied law at the University of Zurich and completed his doctorate with a dissertation on “Due diligence in company takeovers”. He is admitted to the Zurich bar. He also completed an LL.M. degree in Corporate Law/M&A at UCLA Los Angeles and subsequently worked as a foreign associate at a leading US business law firm in New York. He worked for around seven years at a leading Swiss business law firm in Zurich and Geneva in the area of corporate/M&A, and for the last four years at a Zurich boutique law firm with a broad corporate law practice and a focus on M&A, private equity and venture capital.

Eric Olivier Meier advises our clients in all areas of Swiss corporate and commercial law and has broad experience in national and cross-border M&A transactions, financings and reorganisations. He advises Swiss and international companies and private individuals on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, company formations, restructurings, capital changes and transactions, as well as in the areas of contract and labour law. He also regularly advises private and listed companies on corporate governance issues.

Dr. Larissa Marolda (1977) studied law at the University of Zurich and, following her time as an academic assistant to Professor Hans Caspar von der Crone, obtained her doctorate with a dissertation on the subject of “Shareholder information under Swiss company and capital market law”. She is admitted to the Zurich Bar and holds a diploma as a business mediator. Larissa Marolda has been working as a lawyer for around 20 years and has broad experience in providing legal and tax advice to private clients and foundations, which she acquired at leading banks, law firms and specialised consulting companies.
