Eric Olivier Meier advises clients on all aspects of Swiss business law and has extensive experience in supporting national and cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on corporate auctions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
He advises Swiss and international companies and private individuals on all matters relating to commercial and corporate law, start-ups, restructuring, capital changes and transactions, as well as in the areas of contract and employment law. He also regularly advises private and listed companies on corporate governance issues.
