Manuel Dubach has been with ADB since 2020 and has quickly established a reputation as a reliable and solutions-oriented member of staff that our clients trust. Before joining us, he was part of a leading commercial law firm’s tax department in Zurich.

His core areas of expertise include providing advice on domestic and international M&A transactions, restructurings, and tax matters related to start-ups and their founders. His tax expertise also includes complex employee stock plans in domestic and international contexts.

Manuel Dubach regularly publishes on tax matters of national and international importance, and he has been the Young IFA Network’s Swiss German representative since 2023.
