Marco Buchmann joined ADB in 2020 and in this short period has established himself as a reliable and solution-oriented consultant for our clients. Prior to that, he worked successfully for many years in the corporate tax department of one of the leading accounting firms in Switzerland.

His advisory focus is on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and financing as well as national and international corporate tax law. At the same time, his long-standing expertise also includes advising private clients and tax intricacies in connection with real estate and collective investment schemes.

In addition, he regularly publishes on national and international tax topics.
